What you will do as Innovation Engineer

As an Innovation Engineer you will develop and optimize cutting edge electrical technology.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Assess feasibility and define requirements for new products, translating them into technical designs and documentation;
• Collaborate with procurement and sales to select components and maintain market relevance;
• Create and test prototypes, report results, and ensure design validation;
• Lead and participate in design reviews, aligning with stakeholders;
• Perform FMEA to identify and address potential failures for reliable designs;
• Improve products through maintenance projects based on customer feedback.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an intelligent Innovation Engineer with an Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude.

It is important you meet the following job requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field;
• Relevant working experience with electric drives;
• Being able to report and analyse technical data;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
